House Rules
- No smoking or pets inside the house. No smoking pets, either.
- Please leave the house at least as clean as you found it, including:
- Wash linens and towels
- Wash dishes
- Sweep hardwood floors and vacuum carpets
- Clean bathrooms and kitchen
- No cleaning fish or clams inside house
- Please conserve energy where possible
- Please use calling cards or your cellular phone for long distance phone calls
- Please respect owner item storage areas
- Garbage pickup is each Tuesday. If your stay includes a Tuesday, please put garbage on the sidewalk in front of the house Monday evening for pickup. If you're just visiting for the weekend, please make sure to put it on the street when you leave.
- Unless otherwise arranged, we expect that you'll arrive after 3:00 PM and depart no later than noon
- Please notify owner of any damage.
- Departure checklist:
- Clean house as discussed above
- Lock all doors and windows
- Remove all trash from unit and place garbage can on sidewalk in front of house
- Please make sure that the heat is set to 55° (winter) or just turned off (spring/summer)
- Leave all garage door openers on kitchen island (use the keybox to lock the front door)
- Under no condition can you leave the home without signing the guestbook! ;)
